We, at Holiday Coffee Co, have created a lifestyle coffee brand by which people are able to meet, relate, and form relationships while being inspired to dream within a creative freeing environment and brand.
We value people and their need for excellent service, transparent trading, honesty and desire for quality.
We want to serve our customers; our companions, the best possible cup of coffee imaginable. As a result we work closely with our roastery to source and supply highly graded green coffee.
We have worked tirelessly to develop both an exceptional flagship blend, as well as source an equally incredible decaffeinated coffee
processed 100% naturally by Co2. In addition
to this we supply and produce specific
seasonal single origin coffees.

PEOPLE SKILLS BLEND

A social A-type personality but a good listener in the late night hours or around the campfire.
Our flagship blend does double duty for both brewed coffee and espresso applications. Pronounced Citrus, Chocolate, and Caramel notes with a hint of Spice from three separate Origins make for a coffee that is intricate, yet roasted to be beautifully balanced. You can dig in and analyse it, or tune out and enjoy it ceremonially. In milk based drinks People Skills melts into pure velvety caramel with hints of fruit peeking around the corner. In brewed applications it comes alive with those Citrus and Dark Chocolate notes. We have worked whole-heartedly to develop this one. We trust every one of its companions enjoy its company as much as we do!

BREW
Chilled, slow brewed and sweet. Introducing our signature People Skills Blend and Selected Single origin coffees with an entirely fresh perspective.
This means that cool water has a good ol’ lazy Sunday lunch (18-24 hours) with our coffee before we filter the brew, bottle and chill. Brighter tones are enhanced due the slow and cold brewing process. Get ready to taste every flavour note!
Technically, Cold-brewed coffee is up to 67 percent less acidic than hot-brewed. Without all that acid, the ‘bitter’ flavours that
plague hot-brewed coffee are eliminated. Plus, the reduced acid makes it healthier for your stomach and your teeth… Win! Win! Served straight on the rocks or with the addition of syrup, cream, or milk makes for a refreshing and unique coffee drinking experience.
DECAF
If you have an intolerance for Caffeine or it’s after 9PM and you have no reason to neglect your much needed 8 hour siesta, we have not forgotten about you! Decaf has never tasted this good! It is 100% naturally Co2 processed and good for you. This single origin South American decaffeinated coffee works well for both brewed and espresso duties. Balanced, low-toned flavours with just a hint of fruitiness tie the whole experience together. Our decaf drinkers can now have the same premium coffee experience as our regular junkies, just without the ‘buzz’, and we want them to know it! Expertly sourced and roasted, this one is a winner!!

Our high quality single origin coffees are seasonally selected according to availability, desire for experimentation, and a little bit whim from our side. With that said we supply various types of brewing equipment for each customer to get the absolute best result in cup at home.
